Happy Birthday Spencer Ling!!
4 Years old today! Last week I got a call from his Foster family in China and today I got an e-mail from them asking me to tell him happy birthday for them. How cool is that?

4 year anniversary of "The Call"
4 years ago today I received the call telling me a beautiful 7 month old little girl was waiting for me in China. Coinsidentally Spencer was being born at the same time in China and his birthday is tomorrow. Here is a picture of our first look at PeyPey.
